tuan berhujah memanglah cekap,
panas, pantas, seperti mercun,
bibir tuan dibiar bercakap,
dibiar bercakap semakin beracun.
senyum di mulut tak kunjung tiba,
racun di bibir menjadi lawan,
taat api sebagai hamba,
kelak bakal membakar tuan.

panas pantas seperti mercun,
lidah pendeta berhujah pintar,
racun bukan sebarang racun,
kena cara, jadi penawar.

I replied back:
Racun bukan sebarang racun,
kena cara, jadi penawar,
kalau sudah ibarat mercun,
jarang ia bertindak pintar.

My sister replied :
kalau bermain tak kena cara,
racun dan mercun membawa mati,
hati-hati menutur bicara,
tajam lidah menusuk hati.
-By Nur Faizah Mohamad Taman-
I countered :hati-hati menutur bicara,
tajam lidah menusuk hati,
bicara kita orang tak kira,
hanya dendam membawa erti.

She replied :
Tutur bicara sesedap rasa
dendam disimpan dalam hati
Ikut rasa binasa
Ikut hati mati

This thing that looks like something out of shape, veins popping out and has bent wires attached to it, is bleeding from random cuts and visible scars. Hollow may it be, Ugly you might see, but it's functioning for me.
And functioning well.
It is called a heart.
And it's mine to sell.

Diyana, Diyana,

So crazy you'd end up in prison.

If the doves gives signs of glee,
Then crows stay here with me.
For I fell down and fail,
Erase you but no avail.
When rainbows bring forth smiles,
I weep for miles and miles.
For you are sharp and sly,
I've no choice but comply.
Will you spare my frail heart,
Stop tearing me apart,
For my love is plain but pure,
And all I need is cure.

Listen to me, and listen well,
Something important I wish to tell,
It is you that I've fallen for,
But love, know this, it's your choice to ignore.
For all I want is for you to feel joy,
And there's nothing about you that I would want to destroy.
And so, listen well, for these words are no longer spoken,
The least I want is for you to be heartbroken.
So take my heart and keep yours saved,
For you'll still have yours when one is enslaved.

My Brother
For the times I made you cry back then,
I regret it now again and again.
And how I never treated you well,
Kept shoving you into your shell,
I know I did wrong a lot,
And you were the victim when we fought.
Now I miss you all the time
Like a dangerous man misses his crime
I love you and miss you like there's no other,
Well of course there isn't, 'cuz you are my brother.

Tak mampu mendekati bunga,
Takut untuk menghidu harumannya.
Tak sanggup kaki mengejar pelangi,
Tak layak pun menunding jari.
Hati ini sudah reput,
Busuk, kotor, serabut.
Penipuan jadi lali,
Bukan darah dalam arteri,
Hanya Keji.
Berbondong-bondong hipokrit
Sampai jadi satu penyakit,
Takkan rasa sakit perit,
Besar hati jadi sempit.
Keji diri ini, kawan.
Hamba Tuhan, tapi melawan.
Manusia tidak, binatang pun bukan,
Tiada kebaikan, tiada kesempurnaan.

Selebriti
Lari, lari,
Larilah kaki diri dari kaki kontroversi,
Iris besi, snapshot menggari,
Mata buta jadi saksi,
Mulut bisu beri maki,
Telinga pekak dengar janji,
Tangan kudung tunding jari.
Lali, mati,
Benci,
Hati selebriti.

Words fail me in times like this. Beautiful poetry carved on my mind but on my mind only. Let me go, selfish creature. Let me write. Unlike you, thoughtlessly expressing what you feel and thoughtlessly stealing the breath of every other creature you pass by, I , need to write. I, express this complicated ambivalence through words. And even that, you hold me from doing so.

Day's Heat
Hazrin in white shirt, loosened button.
Saltiness covered his back, dampening cotton.
We sought for wind, small shades at least,
Like hiding from a vicious fiery beast.
Even Fadzli wasn't having a cool day,
The exhaustion he and the boys display,
Necktie loosened, but everything's okay,
The day's still long. Escape? No way.

This came up when we were busy completing a task for out Introduction to Shakespeare.
The members of this house are suffering,
No broken bones but everyone's whimpering.
Midnight is too late for breaking down poetry,
Against a dead poet, everything is ambiguity.
We're exhausted, really.

Roses
Roses,
As sweet as they smell,
Your smile strikes a stronger spell.
Roses,
Beautiful even when they dry,
I'd rather watch you when you cry.
Roses,
A small bud, a gentle petal,
I'd still stay with you in winds so brutal.
Roses,
Steals glances so sinful,
Yet you took mine, oh dear, so cruel.

You see the sky red,
When others see it blue,
You see a wilted flower; dead,
While I may see a chance for new.
So tell your heart, be warm and summer-like,
Cuz' others' hearts may be drier than death,
People may cherish those you dislike,
And those who'd save their breath,
Would eat what you'd throw out,
And live in fear, and more in doubt,
For life and fate for them unknown,
They die in tears, they die alone.
Would you say thanks for the eyes you get,
While some are blind but never fret.
Would you just smile as a sign of joy,
When others' smile is their only toy.
Would you use those pair of hands to save,
While you have time before your grave.
Would you use your ears to listen well,
And judge wisely before you dispel.
And this I say, my soul is not gold,
Neither is yours, but truth should we hold.

Cockroach
I shouted at you so you would go away,
This is the place you can never stay.
The fright you give to many faint hearts,
I'd be willing to tear all of your body parts.
I'd have that spray at the time you approach,
You'll die in my hand, you stupid cockroach!!!

affection.

Macbeth
The tragedies unfold,
Of a story untold.
Of a woman so twisted,
And a man so wicked,
A curse assisted,
and a hero who cheated.
Never existed such a painful tale,
Between a terrible female and frightening male,
As the witches foresee a haunting forthcoming,
A death, a tragedy, a wrenched heart string.
As we show you the tale of a powerful death,
Let's start with the beginning, entitled; Macbeth.

my weakening heart throbs,
slowly,
painfully,
as my emotion drops.
I succumb to tears and I
surrender to my fears and cry,
regret flows in my veins, I try
to look up high, and sigh;
"goodbye."
if we rewind the time and I take back my words,
would by you this feeling and affection be heard?

Why 3rd blog?
Well, I thought of closing down 柔らかな記憶は輝くよand I actually did made it private for some time. The blog was mainly for ridiculous ranting about things I do which most people can not relate to. It also shows how much I actually complain.
This blog, however, is a mix of stories, mine and other people's as well.
Well, one day you'll see. It's difficult to actually show the difference between 柔らかな記憶は輝くよ and PotatoMushrooms for now, since there are only 3 entries. ^_^
And why Potato & Mushroom?
Well they're two of my favorite ingredients in a meal. :D
I can't seem to write much for now. Mom and I were baking cakes at since 2 a.m. Now it's 6.20.

Kau masuk apa Sha?
This morning a close nakama* of mine called me while I was asleep. I didn't sleep at all last night, even ironed my parents' clothes for like--1 hour more or less and only went to bed after making sure that my parents had their sahoor so basically I slept at 7 a.m. 10:16 (around that I guess) Aishah called me. This happened.
Sha : Kay, aku masuk "nasik".
Me : Ha? Masak nasik? Kat mana? (Cuz she's supposed to be at school)
Sha : Bukan, aku masuk "nasik."
Me : Ha? Masuk nasik? (Still unable to understand)
Sha : "Nasik" la, yang @#$#%$^&*E%^$ tuu!!
Me : (Ape benda yang dia cakap ni?) Ha? Masuk "nasik"? Aku tak pahaaam!
Sha : Masuk "NASIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIKK"!!!! (Laughing)
Me : TT________TT AKU TAK PAHAM LA SHAA. Kau tolong eja boleh tak?? (Laughing as well, but I was really desperate though hahaha)
Sha : Masuk "naaaasiiiiiid"!! (Still laughing)
Me : (Finally brain starts to function and I laughed) Oh, kau masuk nasyid!
It took a while for my brain to accept and digest information received from my sensory organ (ear). I was so sleepy I couldn't understand what she said. xD
Sorry Sha, but that is currently my lifestyle at home xD hahahahaha

Honeymoon.
The wife smiled at her husband as they walk hand in hand at the park. Unusually dark, the park was. But the couple didn't probably give a damn. They are happy, walking, smiling, laughing at some inside jokes. The husband was tall and the wife shared almost the same height as him, but nevertheless they look comfortable with each other, continued walking in the park which seemed to have a lot of trees than normal parks are expected to have.
And suddenly they quarreled about something relatively small. The husband then walked away, sulking. Both of them stopped at a bench, and the wife sat down, looking at the husband, trying to patch things up. She pulled his hand towards her, and when he was close enough, she placed her palms on his cheeks, smiling.
"Please smile.." She said gently, rubbing her palms against his cheeks, begging him to smile. Such a childish way to cheer someone up, he thought.
"Senyumlah..tak nak masam-masam. Senyuum~~"
But eventually he gave in to that childish side of his wife, and smiled.
"What is this happiness?" The wife thought, and with that, she opened her eyes, and woke up.
....
.......
"Wh...what..?"
I stared at the ceiling. My house, as usual. I fell asleep on the floor, as usual. But... the dream..
"What was that all about?!"
.....
And that's the beginning of how you changed me.
